Do you do other flavors of jerky?
Not at this time. We feel like our current product is really good and we want to continue to focus on that. We�d rather make one really good product than a dozen mediocre ones.
Do you have nutritional info for your jerky?
Unfortunately, no. We can give out the ingredients of beef, salt, sugar, black pepper, and spices.
Is your jerky gluten free?
Yes! Our only allergen is soy. The soy sauce blend we use is wheat free.
How do you make such darn fine jerky?
Lots of love. We use the best spice, best meat and real smoke. With that you can only have a great product.
